Susan G Abbott is a Toronto based artist working in a contemporary style with acrylics, mixed media and collage.
“I am deeply in love with the landscape which provides me with a framework to hang paintings on. Light, color and color relationships are an ongoing passion. I depart from these explorations from time to time, but the landscape is a magnet that draws me home again and again. All landscapes have a story of time, whether it is of boats passing through water, the sun and clouds passing overhead, or the slow time of rocks. I try to capture this in my creations.
